BunnyBon is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. We do not voluntarily disclose user information to law enforcement agencies or other government authorities unless required or permitted by applicable law, or necessary to address an emergency involving an imminent threat to life or serious physical harm.
User information may be disclosed where required or permitted by applicable law, including in response to a valid court order, warrant, or other legally binding order. Where legally permitted, BunnyBon may notify affected users before disclosing their information.
BunnyBon retains user information only for as long as necessary for legitimate business, legal, and security purposes. As a result, certain information requested by law enforcement may no longer be available at the time of the request.
Each request is reviewed to determine whether it is legally valid, appropriately scoped, and submitted by an authorized representative of a legitimate authority. Where permitted by law, BunnyBon may seek clarification or request additional documentation before responding.
BunnyBon reserves the right to object to or decline requests that are unlawful, overly broad, or otherwise inconsistent with applicable legal requirements.
If a request relates to an imminent threat involving death or serious physical harm, the requesting agency should clearly indicate that the request is an emergency and provide sufficient information describing the nature of the emergency. Emergency requests are prioritized for review.
Please clearly indicate in the subject line that the request is an emergency request. Emergency requests should only be submitted where there is an imminent threat involving death or serious physical harm.
Requests from authorities outside the jurisdiction in which BunnyBon operates may require additional legal process before they can be fulfilled.
BunnyBon reserves the right to verify the identity and authority of any requesting agency, law enforcement officer, or government representative. Requests that cannot be verified or that lack appropriate legal authority may be declined.
BunnyBon may update this page from time to time to reflect changes to applicable laws, regulatory requirements, industry standards, or our internal procedures. Any updates will be published on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised to indicate when the latest changes took effect.
